Tuition and Costs:

Applications and Admissions:

Georgia State University requires a GSU application packet for transfer students and freshman along with a $50 application fee, official high school transcripts and SAT/ACT test scores. Transfer students must also include in their application official transcripts from all other previous schools. Applications to GSU will only be considered official if the provided transcripts are received by the office of admissions in a sealed envelope from the school issuing them.

Admission to Georgia State University is available through an undergraduate or graduate application, both of which are preferred by GSU to be submitted online. The admission requirements to GSU depend on the type of application you are pursuing, however freshman admissions require 16 college preparatory curriculum units be completed, along with a minimum (combined) SAT score of 900 and an ACT composite score of 19. The minimum freshman GPA required for admission is 2.80.
